Account Opening (CPC)

A newly created department needed to implement a solution that automates the process of on-boarding a new customer on to the internal banking system (Finacle). The process requires a central processing center (CPC) where all activities are performed. The platform was designed and built on Sharepoint 2010 using workflows. Integration points were established, desgined and developed which enabled services such internet banking, SMS banking, Credit / Debit card e.t.c in automated and controlled environment. Solution is currently under use in over 100 branches of the bank.
